What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards. You can also pay via our Paypal partner.

How can I change my order after paying?

Orders can only be changed if items have not been shipped yet. Thank you for contacting our customer service by mentioning your request + order number immediately to attempt a modification.


How long is my order shipped?

All orders submitted before noon (12 hours) will be shipped the same day or the next day. If the order is placed after 12 hours, it will probably be shipped the next business day.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

We remind you that the delivery is between 2 and 4 weeks and that if you ordered several items it is normal that they do not all arrive at the same time.

How to modify or modify my order?

Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How can I exchange my order?

We can exchange your item within 14 days. Please contact us via our "Contact Us" page.

Damaged or incorect products

If your article qualifies for an exchange send us an email to the page contact us. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to the contact page for a replacement item or store credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damage resulting from customer packaging with scissors will not be replaced.
